摘要
芦丁具有保护血管的作用,本文通过对茄子的果实部位,利用不同提取方法,研究提取茄子果实中芦丁。采用HPLC法测定芦丁的含量,结果最佳提取方法是提取剂为无水乙醇,最佳料液比为1:6,最佳超声波提取功率选择160W。
Rutin has a the role of blood vessels protection.We used different extraction method to extract rutin from the fruit of eggplant for chemical research.Through detecting the content of rutin by HPLC,the results showed the best extraction method using anhydrous alcohol as extraction agents,and the best material and liquid ratio is 1：6 with the best ultrasonic extraction power 160W.
