摘要
本研究以元认知策略理论为依据,在高职英语听力教学中开展为期一个学期的元认知学习策略培训。通过问卷调查和听力测试发现,与对照组相比,实验组在元认知策略使用和听力成绩上有明显优势。这表明元认知策略培训有助于提高高职生的学习策略使用能力和听力水平。
Based on the meta-cognitive theory,the research aimed at the meta-cognitive strategy training in English listening teaching practice in a higher vocational college.The results showed that experimental group demonstrated superiority over the control group in listening proficiency and the application of meta-cognitive strategy.It was also suggested that meta-cognitive strategy training can not only help improving students' listening proficiency but also the ability to apply learning strategies.
