Study on The Compatibility of Composite Herbal Medicines of The Wuzhuyu Decoction

本研究以《伤寒论》名方吴茱萸汤为研究对象，从吴茱萸汤的君臣佐使配伍关系出发，以君药吴茱萸为核心，进行拆方设计。对不同药味组成的各处方的水煎醇沉液进行药理实验和ＨＰＬＣ分析。选择镇痛、止呕和急性毒性三项指标进行了药理实验；采用反相高效液相色谱法实现了对处方的分离。采用逐步回归分析（ＳＲＥＧ） 与典型相关分析（ＣＣＯＲ） 将所得的色谱数据与药理实验数据相关联，以确定各成分在处方中的作用。本研究初步探讨了吴茱萸汤不同药味组成的各处方及单煎、合煎不同煎制情况下药效、毒性与化学成分的变化规律，为深入研究复方中药的配伍机制，建立切实可行的质量评价方法做了有意义的尝试。

This paper reports how the compatibility of composite herbal medicines of the Wuzhuyu Decoction has been studied and what the results are.Water decocted and ethanol precipitated test solutions of the different combinations of composite herbal medicines of the Wuzhuyu Decoction were prepared.As Evodia fruit has a key position in the recipe,it was present in all the solutions,but every other medicine—ginger,ginseng or Chinese date—might be present or absent.If present,the same amount of it was used to prepare the solutions as that in the original recipe.Analgesia,antiemesis and acute toxicity experiments were carried out with the solutions,and the corresponding pharmacological data obtained.The pharmacological experiments show that the best effects were given by all the four medicines of the recipe together with toxicity reduced.HPLC analyses of the respective solutions were carried out,and the chemical constituents separated.Results of the experiments show that the amouts of chemical constituents in the solutions were varying,and yet the amounts of Evodiamine and Rutaecarpine in the solution prepared with all four medicines decocted together were larger,confiriming that the recipe is in conformity with science,rational and feasible.
