摘要 用多异氰酸酯加成物对环氧树脂进行改性共聚, 配以胺加成物的环氧固化剂, 并经过溶剂、助剂、颜料等选择, 制成了一种室温下固化、具有较强的附着力、耐化学品性和电绝缘性能的热固性塑料移印油墨。油墨表面电阻系数7×1014, 介电强度26 kV/m m , 附着力< 2 级, 细度< 15 μ。将有油墨标志塑料片浸入200# 汽油溶剂24 h, 标志符号不模糊, 不变色, 不脱落; 常温6个月, 油墨印刷工艺性好, 标志性能不变。 A copolymerization was carried out on epoxy resin with polyisoxyanate additives, combining with curing agent containing amine additives and selection of solvent, assistant and pigment, the moving printing ink for thermoset plastic was prepared which is cured at room tempetature with good adhesion, corrosion resistant and insulation. It has a surface resistivity of 7×11 14 ,dielectric strength of 26 kV/mm,adhesive power of <Grade-2 ,fineness of <15 μ.Besides is immersion test i.e. soaking the test piece in No.200 gasoline for 24 h the test piece was not blurred, discolored,separated;after storied in 6 months at room temperature,the printing processing property of the ink rmained constant.
