摘要
高校计算机专业的教育已进入大众化阶段,社会需要大量的计算机应用型人才。目前,应用型人才的培养是备受关注的问题。文章阐述计算机应用型人才培养的主要特征和现行教育过程中存在的弊端,在此基础上提出计算机应用型人才培养的关键是教师,指出教师作为培养人才的主体应具备的专业素质。
College computer education has been becoming popularization stage,social needs a lot of computer application talents.And the cultivation of talents is paid attention highly.This paper shows the main characteristics of computer application talents and the current drawbacks.Based on this,the teachers are the key of computer application talents.The subject of teachers for training talents should have a professional qualities and love.
