Reform on Cultivation Pattern for Applied Talents in Network Security

在对应用型网络安全高级人才进行深入调研的基础上,分析社会对人才素质能力的要求,借鉴国外先进教育理念与方法,概述上海机电学院电子信息学院应用型网络安全高级人才培养模式改革与实践过程;并在确立人才培养目标及定位的基础上,构建新型人才培养模式,改革与之相适应的课程体系、教学模式、教学方法和评价方式等,取得较好的效果。

On basis of deep investigating into advanced applied talents in network security,this paper analyzes the requirements of society and the requests of talents＇ quality,takes example by advanced educational ideas and methods in foreign countries,and outlines some reform and practical ways to cultivation pattern for advanced applied talents in network security.In the light of established talents education＇s objective and orientation,new type pattern is also constructed to reform adaptive curriculum structure,teaching patterns,teaching means and evaluation methods etc.The proposed ways of this paper achieve better effects in practice.
