摘要
针对我国高等教育计算机类专业人才培养中存在的与行业需求相脱节的问题,在对印度NIIT的MCLA教学模式进行深入分析的基础上提炼出交互式(Interactive)、独立式(Independent)融合理念(IIs)的IIs-MCLA双主体实践教学模式。分析IIs-MCLA教学模式相对于传统教学模式的优越性,提出3W-2I金字塔形MCLA教学体系和立体教学结构,以及六维度空间教学训练体系,总结IIs-MCLA教学体系对企业工程能力指标体系的保障环节和要素。经实践证明,该教学体系对学生项目实践与工程能力的培养起到了极大的促进和改善作用。
This paper tackled with the problem that there was a huge gap between university students majored in computer and company requirements.After analyzing the MCLA teaching model proposed by India NIIT,a new Bi-subject practice teaching model named IIs-MCLA was developed based on Interactive Independent Fusion idea.It elaborated the advantage of IIs-MCLA over traditional model and posed a 3W-2I pyramidal MCLA teaching architecture and three-dimensional teaching structure,six-dimensionality space teaching training framework.The new teaching model ensured the needs of IT companies and obtained good results successfully.
