摘要
笔者通过真实案例介绍、座谈、问卷调查等方法,对珠三角地区IT运维企业进行调研,并通过调研分析其行业发展前景,了解企业对IT运维人才的需求和期望。文章对上述工作进行阐述,并最后有针对性地提出课程体系设计、人才培养方案及教学方法的改革建议。
By means of real case introduction,discussion and questionnaire survey,this paper introduces the author researches the enterprise of IT Operation in the Pearl River Delta,analyzes the development prospects of the industry to get know the needs and expectations of enterprise about the professionals of IT Operation.Pertinency proposes the suggestion of curriculum design,training program and teaching method.
