非诺贝特酯防治大鼠非酒精性脂肪肝的实验研究

Effect of Bezafibrate ester on nonalcoholic fatty liver disease rats

目的:观察非诺贝特酯对非酒精性脂肪肝大鼠模型的影响.方法 :高脂乳液造成SD大鼠非酒精性脂肪肝模型,随机分为模型对照组、非诺贝特酯组和易善复组,预防治疗8周后进行肝组织生化和病理学检测.结论 :非诺贝特酯能明显降低非酒精性脂肪肝大鼠模型肝脂的水平,改善脂肪变性.结论 :非诺贝特酯对非酒精性脂肪肝大鼠有较好的治疗作用.

Objective： To investigate the elect of Bezafibrate ester on the hepatic lipid of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease （NAFLD） rats. Methods： NAFLD SD rat model is established by high fat diet, then divided into three groups at random： Model control group, Bezafibrate ester group and ESSENTIAL group. Biochemistry of liver tissue and liver specimens are detected respectively after 8 weeks＇treatment. Results： Bezafibrate ester obviously discreases hepatitosteatosis, reduces hepaticlipid （TG） on NAFLD rat mode 1. Conclusion： Bezafibrate ester has a good therapeutical effect on NAFLD rat mode 1.
