岷江柏总黄酮的含量测定

Determination of total flavones in Cupressus chengJana S.Y.Hu

目的建立岷江柏Cupressus chengJana S.Y.Hu总黄酮含量测定的方法.方法利用紫外分光光度法,以槲皮苷为对照品,采用NaNO2-Al(NO3)3-NaOH方法显色,于500 nm波长下测定吸光度.结果该方法在稳定性试验中RSD=1.08%,重复性试验中RSD=1.07%,精密度试验中RSD=0.85%,加标回收率平均值为101.2%,五批岷江柏药材中总黄酮的含量平均为4.47%.结论紫外分光光度法测岷江柏总黄酮的含量,该方法简便、准确,有利于其深度开发利用.

Objective： To set up a method for determination of total flavones in Cupressus chengJana S.Y.Hu. Methods： Contents of total flavones ares measured by using UV spectrophotometry and quercitrin is used as reference substance. In the systematic solution, NaNO2- Al （NO3）3 - NaOH are added, and the solution is determined at 500 nrn. Results： The RSD of stability of the experiments is 1.08 %, the RSD of repeatability of the experiments is 1.07 %; the RSD of the precision of the experiment is 0.85 %; Recovery is 101.2 %, and the total flavones in the plant are assayed as 4.47 %. Conclusion： The experimental method is convenient and accurate, could be used for Determination of total flavones in Cupressus chengJana S.Y.Hu
