基于伊斯兰哲学思想的回族医学治疗观探讨

A survey of Muslem-philosophy-based medical treatment concept of Hui nationality

通过梳理回族医学理论体系，探索性的得出了回族医学有别于中医药学在于其治疗观的不同，而回族医学的治疗观本质是伊斯兰哲学学思想在医学上的具体应用．据此，提出回族医学其本质是治疗观不同的民族医学，其具体的指导临床诊断和用药依然遵循中医学的相关理论．同时，通过进一步探讨，指出回族医学对于疾病的治疗有：“真一”指导下的整体治疗观、注重精神心里疗法、用药上贯彻“清真”理念，善用香药、顺应自然，提倡保健预防等具体的治疗观．

From tile history of medical theory of Hui nationality, this paper concludes that the Hui＇s medical science differs from Chinese medicine in treatment concept, and that the medical treatment concept of Hui is in essence the application of Muslem philosophy to medical science. Based on this, this paper proposes that Hui medical science, though it has different treatment concept, in fact, belongs to national medical science, and that it follows related Chinese medical theory when clinial diagnosis and medication are concerned. Meanwhile, this paper thinks that Hui medical science focuses on integrated treatment concept and spiritual and psychological therapy. When medication is concerned, Hui medical science complies with the nature and tends to use fragrant medicines.
