老年急性胆囊炎治疗体会

目的:探讨老年人急性胆囊炎的临床特点和手术治疗经验。方法:2005年9月～2010年l2月收治经手术治疗60岁以上老年人急性胆囊炎患76例者,对其临床表现及治疗情况进行回顾性分析。结果:均行了剖腹探查,其中行胆囊切除62例,胆囊部分切除加取石8例,胆囊造瘘术6例,76例患者中治愈69例,死亡1例,术后6例出现不同程度并发症。结论:早期明确诊断,选择恰当的手术时机和手术方式,加强围手术期的处理,是外科治疗老年人急性胆囊炎防治并发症,降低死亡率的关键。

Objectjve：To summarize the clinical features and Surgical treatment of senile acute cholecystitis. Methods： The clinical features of 76 cases with senile acute chole- cystitis undergoing surgical treatment from September 2005 to December 2010 were an- alyzed retrospectively. Resluts： All patients received a laparotomy cholecystectom was perfomed in 62cases. Partial choleslystecto- my and eholelithotomy in 8, and cholecystos- tomy in 6,69 cases were cured. 1 cases died 6 cases had postopeetive complications. Con- clusion：It is the key to prevent postoperative complications and to lower moritality that early dingnosis Wasmade precisely. Opera- tive time and approach were selected proper- ly and perioperative treatment Was strength- ened.
