摘要
目的:探讨红核妇洁洗液治疗妊娠合并外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的疗效和安全性评价。方法:对150例门诊检查诊断为外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的孕妇,随机分为治疗组80例和对照组70例。治疗组应用红核妇洁洗液,对照组应用洁尔阴。观察疗程结束后对比两组治疗的疗效,评价妊娠期应用的安全性。结果:红核妇洁洗液与洁尔阴组治疗总有效率分别为96.25%和57.14%。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:红核妇洁洗液作为治疗妊娠合并外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的外用洗液,使用方便、安全、疗程短,可减少并发症的发生率,临床上宜推广使用。
Objective：To evaluate the efficacy and safety of HongHeFuJieXiYe for the treatment of VVC during pregnancy. Methods：150 cases of VVC were randomly divided into HongHeFuJieXiYe and JieErYin group. The efficacy and safety were assessed and compared. Results： The efficacy of HongHeFuJieXiYe and JieErYinon on VVC were 95.27% and 57. 14%, respectively. The difference is statistically significant. Conclusion： HongHeFuJieXiYe is effecive and safe for the treatment of VVC during pregnancy as a for external application, It is easy to use with shorter treatment duration, and can reduce the incidence of complications. Therefore, the clinic application of HongHeFuJieXiYe is trongly recommended.
