中心静脉置管引流治疗充血性心力衰竭合并胸腔积液的临床价值

目的:观察中心静脉置管胸腔闭式引流治疗充血性心力衰竭合并胸腔积液的临床疗效。方法:将83例充血性心力衰竭合并胸腔积液患者进行中心静脉置管闭式引流。结果:83例病例全部引流成功,引流量3100～580ml,平均1595±553.28ml。无1例出现胸膜反应,肺水肿等较严重并发症,但有9例(10.84%)出现引流管堵塞。结论:应用中心静脉置管引流治疗充血性心力衰竭合并胸腔积液操作安全、简便,能最大限度地排净胸腔积液,显著改善患者生活质量。

Objective： To observe the clinic effectiveness for treating congestive heart failure by central venous catheter drainage. Methods： To treat 83 patients with congestive heart failure and pleural effusion by central venous catheter drainage. Results： All 83 patients have been drainaged successfully, and the drainage quantum was 3100-580ml with average at 1595-553.28ml. There were no patient having serious syndrome like pleura reaction or pulmonary edema, but 9 of them （ 10. 84% ） appeared the block of drainage tube. Conclusion ：To apply central venous catheter drainage to cure the patient with congestive heart failure and pleural effusion is safe and easy to operate and can drain pleural effusioo utmost, thus improving the patient＇s life quality evidently.
