蒲地蓝消炎口服液佐治小儿手足口病临床观察

目的:观察蒲地蓝消炎口服液佐治手足口病的临床效果。方法:选择门诊110例手足口病患儿随机分成两组,治疗组60例口服蒲地蓝消炎口服液;对照组50例口服利巴韦林颗粒,疗程各5天。结果:治疗组总有效率(91.7%)与对照组(70%)相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗组总病程,总热程,用药后热程,皮疹消退时间与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:蒲地蓝消炎口服液治疗手足口病可缩短病程及热程,加快皮疹消退,效果良好,是较理想的中药。

Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effects of Pudilian antiphlogistic oral liquid on children with hand,mouth and foot disease(HFMD).Methods:110 patients with HEMD in our out-patient department were randomly divided into two groups.60 patients in the therapeutic group were treated with Pudilian antiphlogisticoral liquid,50 patients in the control group were treated with oral ribavirin.Results:The marked effect rate and total effective rate of the therapeutic group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P < 0.01).The difference in disappearing of the main symptom and sign,total course of the disease,oral ulcer improvement time was significant(P < 0.05) between the therapeutic group and the control group.There was a significant difference in total length of the fever time,length of fever time after treatment and deflorescence time between the therapeutic group and the control group(P < 0.01).Conclusions:Pudilian antiphlogistic oral liquid is an ideal Chinese medicine because it has a good therapeutic effect on the children with HFMD and shortens the duration of HFMD.
