摘要 介绍了提高二甲苯异构化目的产品,特别是使乙苯转化为二甲苯的方法。重点介绍美国莫比尔石油公司通过改进固体酸催化剂ZSM-5的制备工艺,提高质子酸性,改进酸催化活性,从而提高对二甲苯收率的方法,以及该公司新开发的能使乙苯转化为二甲苯的高活性双功能新催化剂的制备方法。 Based on the analysis of status quo of isomerization techniques of xylene and its problems the author introduces methods for increasing desired products of isomerization of xylene, particularly the method of converting ethyl benzene into xylene. Special emphasis is laid upon the introduction of the process developed by Mobil Oil Company and how the yield of xylene was raised through the technological improvement in the preparation of solid acid catalyst ZSM-5, the increase of acidility of quantum, the improvement of acid catalyst activity and the preparation of a high activity and dual functioning catalyst which has been newly developed by Mobil for conversion of ethyl benzene into xylene.
