一步法制甲醇的研究进展

摘要 近年来,一步法制甲醇有部分氧化法、光化学蒸汽转化法和光电化学结合的直接转化法等,其中部分氧化法在经济上能与汽油生产相竞争,成本比目前的两步法低20%;光电化学结合的直接转化法与两步法相比,不需要高温、高压和催化剂,能耗和成本都较低。这两种方法都值得重视。 One-step Processes for the production of methanol developed recently include partial oxidation, photochemical conversion with steam and direct photoelectric conversion etc., Among them the partial oxidation is commercially competitive with gasoline production, and its production cost is 20% lower than that of the present two-step processes. Compared with two-step processes the direct photoelectric conversion does not require high temperature, high pressure and catalyst and the energy consumption and production cost are lower. Therefore the above-mentioned two processes are worth paying attention to.
