对我国丙烯酸工业的思考

Views and reflections on acryics industry in China

我国的丙烯酸工业在10年间已成为单体生产能力达4万吨/年,聚合物生产能力接近10万吨/年规模的新兴行业。但丙烯酸热也导致丙烯酸聚合物巨大的生产能力,不仅装置吃不饱,而且缺乏技术更新能力。建议在本世纪内,单体生产能力拓展到10万吨/年,聚合物生产能力达20万吨/年,同时减少企业数目,形成企业集团。

In 10 years the acrylics industry of China has established itself as an emerging industry with amonomer capacity of 40000 tons per year and a polymer capacity of 100000 tons per year. But the booming of acrylics industry has led to the prodigious throughput of acrylate polymer resulting in undercapacity operation of units and incapability of technicsl renovation. I is suggested that within this cetnury the monomer cspicity be raised to 100000 tons per year and the polymer capacity 200000 tons per year and at the same time reduce the number of enterprises and form enterprise groaps.
