冠心病介入治疗的临床研究进展 被引量：6

摘要 冠心病介入治疗已有32年历史.世界上第一例经皮腔内冠状动脉成形术（简称PTCA）于1977年由德国医生Gruentzig完成,从此开辟了冠心病经皮介入治疗的新纪元;而1987年Sigwart首先将冠状动脉支架植入术应用于临床,是冠心病治疗的第二个里程碑.中国的第一例PTCA完成于1984年,与世界第一例相比整整晚了7年,但是在此以后,从第一例PTCA到第一例支架置入,再到药物洗脱支架的应用,时间的差距逐步缩小.
