摘要
目的通过对珠海地区2400例18～81岁健康成人的血清尿酸的检测,观察其平均水平,进而为建立珠海市健康成人血清尿酸的参考范围提供参考。方法采用日立7170型全自动生化分析仪检测健康成人血清尿酸浓度,分析其与年龄、性别等因素的关系。结果血清尿酸水平呈正态分布,男女间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论不同地区和人群测定结果可能会有差别,因此,建议实验室最好建立自己的血清尿酸参考范围。
Objective 2400 cases of Zhuhai by 18 healthy adults aged 81 years the detection of serum uric acid was observed with an average level,thus establishing healthy adults Zhuhai reference range of serum uric acid.Methods Hitachi 7170 automatic biochemical analyzer in healthy adults of serum uric acid concentrations were analyzed with age,gender and other factors.Results Serum uric acid level was normal,there was significant difference between men and women（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Determination results in different places and people may differ,therefore,recommend the best laboratory to establish their own reference range of serum uric acid.
