摘要 目的探讨Caveolin-1的表达情况及其与前列腺癌的临床预后的关系。方法用EnVision免疫组织化学分析50例前列腺癌组织的表达情况以及与临床病理资料的相关性。结果 Caveolin-1在前列腺癌组织中高表达,阳性率为70%,而且高表达的前列腺癌患者预后差(P=0.028)。结论 Caveolin-1在前列腺癌组织中高表达可以作为临床预后差的分子标记物。 Objective Discuss the relationship between the expression of Caveolin-1 in the prostate tissue and the clinic prognosis of prostatic cancer.Methods Analyzed the correlation between 50 cases of the expression of Caveolin-1 in the prostate cancer tissue with EnVision immunohistochemistry and clinic pathology.Results Caveolin-1 in the prostate cancer tissue was high,positive rate was 70%,and patients with prostatic cancer which Caveolin-1 was highly expressed and had poor prognosis(P=0.028).Conclusion The high expression of Caveolin-1 in the prostate cancer tissue can be a molecular marker of poor clinic prognosis.
