NGAL在乳腺癌中的表达及意义 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨中性粒细胞明胶酶相关载脂蛋白在乳腺癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测NGAL在60例乳腺癌和10例正常乳腺组织中的表达,分析其与病变类型的关系及其在乳腺癌组的表达率与临床病理特征的联系。结果 NGAL的阳性表达率在乳腺癌和正常卵巢组织中比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);NGAL表达与乳腺癌分化程度、病理类型、临床病理分型、淋巴结转移密切相关。结论 NGAL可能在检测乳腺癌发生、进展、转移中具有一定作用。
