人性化护理及音乐理论运用于分娩的临床观察

目的探讨人性化护理及音乐理论对分娩影响。方法选择愿意阴道分娩的孕妇1200例,随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组在孕妇宫口开到2～3 cm开始,实行助产士一对一陪伴分娩,并配合音乐背景。对照组孕妇在宫口开大到2～3 cm开始实行助产士一对一陪伴分娩。结果实验组产妇的精神状态、产程进展、剖宫产率、产后出血量、胎儿窘迫、新生儿窒息与对照组比较差异有统计学意义。结论人性化护理及音乐理论同时运用于分娩,可以减轻分娩时产妇紧张焦虑的精神状态,加快产程进展,降低剖宫产率、产后出血量和胎儿窘迫,对新生儿评分无明显影响,人性化护理及音乐理论同时运用于分娩有利于提高产科质量,值得临床推广。

Objective To discuss the influence of Humanistic care and Music Theory in childbirth.Methods Selected 1200 cases pregnant woman who were voluntarily Vaginal delivery.Randomly divided into treatment group and control group,treatment group when pregnant woman Palace mouth open to 2~3 cm,accoucheur one to one Accompany childbirth and with background music.control group when preqnant woman Palace mouth open to 2~3 cm,accoucheur one to one Accompany childbirth.Results treatment group,puerperal mental state,stage of labor progress,cesarean section rates,postpartum hemorrhage,fet al distress,neonatal asphyxia compared with control groups were significantly different.Conclusion Humane care and music theory used in childbirth,can reduce maternal mental state of anxiety,Speed up progress of labor,Reducing cesarean section rate,Postpartum bleeding and fet al distress.no significant effect on Scores of neonatal,Humane care and music theory at the same time used in childbirth is worthy clinical promotion.
