乡镇医院急诊科护士资质现状调查分析

Statistics of Town hospital ER Nurses' Qualification

目的了解乡镇医院急诊科护士资质现状及需求,为进一步开展针对性、系统性的培训提供依据。方法采用自行设计的问卷对佛山市某15所乡镇医院急诊科的100名护士进行调查。结果通过培训和资格准入实施后,抢救成功率显著提高,患者的满意度显著提高,医护协调配合度。结论通过急诊科资质准入实施培训后的护士,能够显著提高乡镇医院急诊护士院前急救效果,消除院前急救护理安全隐患,保障患者生命安全。

Objective Find out town hospital ER nurses＇ current qualification and their need.Provide basis of further directional and systemic training.Methods Design survey for 100 ER nurses in 15 different town hospitals in Foshan City.Results After ER training and test of qualification,survival rate has increased greatly,satisfaction of patients has increased greatly,and cooperation of doctors and nurses has increased greatly.Conclusion After ER training and test of qualification,nurses of ER in town hospital can improve their first aid skills,prevent wrong ways of first aid before sending patients in hospital,and make sure patients alive.
