摘要
目的探讨口服避孕药屈螺酮炔雌醇（商品名：优思明）在药物流产术后的应用及疗效。方法将120例行药物流产术者，随机分为对照组及试验组各60例。孕囊排出后，试验组口服新生化片、抗生素并加服屈螺酮炔雌醇，对照组只服用新生化片和抗生素预防感染。随访3个月进行临床对比。结果试验组术后阴道出血量显著少于对照组，阴道出血时间、月经复潮时间均显著短于对照组，子宫内膜的厚度显著大于对照组，不全流产率显著低于对照组（均P〈0．05）。结论药物流产术后即时服用屈螺酮炔雌醇，可减少药流术后阴道出血量，缩短阴道出血时间，促进子宫内膜修复及正常的月经周期的恢复，降低不全流产率。
To investigate the curative effects of Yasmin used after medical abortion. Methods 120 females undergoing medical abortion were randomly divided into 2 equal group： control group given Xinshenghua and metronidazole, and Yasmin group given with oral administration of Yasmin, containing drospirenone and ethinylestradiol, in addition at the dose of 1 tablet once a day for 21 days, then withdrawal of the drug, and resumption of the same regimen when the next menses appeared. Such a treatment program lasted 3 months. 1, 2, 3, and 4 weeks after abortion the females underwent follow-up to record the bleeding amount, bleeding time, and time of menses restoration, In the first week B-mode ultrasonography was conducted to measure the thickness of the endometrium. Incomplete abortion was observed. Results Compared with the control group, the volume of vaginal bleeding was less, the time of vaginal bleeding and menstrual recovery time were shorter, the thickness of endometrium was greater, and incomplete abortion rate after medical abortion was lower significantly in the Yasmin group （all P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Taking Yasmin after medical abortion immediately effectively reduces the volume of vaginal bleeding, shortens the time of vaginal bleeding, repairs the endometrial, restores the normal menstrual cycle, decreases incomplete abortion, and is worthy of further clinical promotion.
