培元补中通淋法治疗绝经期女性慢性肾盂肾炎55例临床观察

Clinical Observation on 55 Cases of Chronic Pyelonephritis for Menopause Females Treated with the Therapy of Replenishing the Primary Qi,Tonifying the Middle Energizer and Improving Urination

目的观察中药培元补中通淋法治疗绝经期女性慢性肾盂肾炎的临床疗效。方法将110例门诊患者随机分成汤药组和成药组两组,每组55例。汤药组用培元补中通淋中药汤药治疗,每日1剂,水煎2次,早晚分服;成药组服用尿感宁,1次1袋,每日3次。两组疗程均为6周,追访半年,观察两组疗效。结果汤药组治疗总有效率为91.0%,中成药组总有效率为69.0%,汤药组总体疗效明显优于中成药组(P<0.05);汤药组对化验检查、小便不适、腰酸乏力、轻度浮肿等症状改善作用优于成药组,两组各症状积分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论培元补中通淋汤药治疗绝经期女性慢性肾盂肾炎疗效满意,且其临床疗效明显优于中成药。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on chronic pyelonephritis for menopause females treated with the therapy of replenishing the primary qi,tonifying the middle energizer and improving urination.Methods 110 outpatients were randomly divided into a decoction group and a patent medicine group,55 cases in each one.In decoction group,the decoction for replenishing the primary qi,tonifying the middle energizer and improving urination was prescribed,1 dose each day,twice in every morning and evening.In patent medicine group,niao gan ning was prescribed,1 bag each time,three times per day.The patients in either group were treated for 6 weeks and visited in follow-up for half a year.Afterwards,the efficacy was observed in two groups.Results The total effective rate was 91.0% in decoction group and was 69.0% in patent medicine group.The overall efficacy in decoction group was superior to that in patent medicine group(P<0.05).The improvements in laboratory examination,dysuria,lumbar weakness and mild edema in decoction group were all better than those in patent medicine group.Additionally,the comparison of symptom scores between two groups presented statistical significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion The decoction for replenishing the primary qi,tonifying the middle energizer and improving urination achieves the satisfactory efficacy on chronic pyelonephritis for menopause females and its clinical efficacy is obviously superior to that of patent medicine.
