摘要
谷子组织培养不同阶段( 愈伤组织、分化再生苗和根) 潮霉素抗性浓度均在5 mg/L 明显敏感,最高临界浓度为10 mg/L。米粒的潮霉素抗性浓度偏高10 mg/L开始敏感,最高临界浓度15mg/L。潮霉素抗性浓度的筛选为检测谷子转几丁质酶基因奠定基础。
The result of experiment showed that callus differentiation regrowthes and roots become sensitivity when the resistance concentration of hygromycin in culture medium reached 5 mg/L. The critical concentration is 10 mg/L. Husked millet become sensitivity when the concentration reached 10 mg/L. The critical concentration is 15 mg/L. The resistance concentration of hygromycin selected is the basis for testing transgenes millet plant.
