现浇连续刚构0号块贝雷桁架支架设计、施工及受力验算

摘要 进行连续刚构0号块现浇施工时,支架方案的设计不仅要考虑其本身的承载力、稳定性和刚度,还得充分考虑施工的便利性及施工人员的安全。文章结合广西来宾市红水河二桥采用设置牛腿、贝雷片搭设承重梁进行0号块现浇施工的实例,介绍了现浇支架的设计、施工及受力验算方法。 When constructing continuous rigid frame NO.0 and designing the supports,the designers not only consider the bearing capacity,stability,and stiffness of the supports themselves,but building convenience and the constructors security. Connecting with an example that constructors built the NO.2 Bridge of Laibin Hongshui River of Guangxi by means of the bracket and bailey truss to cast rigid frame NO.0,the paper introduces the design for cast-in-place support,construction and ways to calculate stress check.
