Concerning Organizational Culture and Local University Development

我国新建地方高校在高等教育大众化的过程中迅速发展起来,其进一步发展遇到了瓶颈,组织文化的欠缺成为阻碍其发展的主要因素。高校组织文化具有表层、中层和深层三个层次的结构,其中深层文化是高校组织文化的核心。为此,该文章提出建立高校组织文化的思路,推动新建地方高校的进一步发展。

The new local universities develop rapidly during the process of generalization of higher education. However,the universities are facing the stage of bottleneck ,The main factor to impede the development of university is the shortage of organization culture. There are three levels of construction surface level, middle level and deep level respectively. Culture of deep level is the core of the organization culture of higher education. Therefore, this article provides the new idea to build the organization culture of higher education and promotes further development of newly-built local universities.
