随着高校的扩招,高等教育大众化,"以人为本"个性化教育的呼声原来越高,本科生导师制的教学模式已被大多高校所采用。该文系统地介绍了本科生导师制的具体任务,并在实施过程中的方法做了有效的探讨,在高校教育改革中有着积极的作用。

With the popularization of higher education, and its popularization, ＂people oriented＂individualized education rewards growing calls, tutorial system for undergraduates teaching mode has already adopt by many colleges. This paper systematically introduces particular tasks of tutorial system for undergraduates teaching mode, and makes some effective discussion on the methods in the implementation process, it has a positive function in high school teaching reform.
