摘要
高校公信力是高校存在和发展的权威基础。国家制度是影响大学公信力的核心因素所在。国家教育制度的非均衡性和强制性导致我国高校公信力下降的因素所在。推进国家教育制度的创新,促进制度的合法与合理,是提升我国高校公信力的制度保障。
The public trust is the basis for the existence and development of a university. A country＇ s system has an essential impact on that public trust. The imbalance of Chinese educational system and its compulsory nature lead to the decline of the public trust of the universities in China. In order to enhance the university public trust, it is necessary to promote the innovation of Chinese educational system, to legalize the system and make it more sensible.
