摘要
本文结合浙江树人大学教学团队建设实践,提出高校以教学团队为平台,加强青年教师培养的几项基本措施。即加强青年教师师德建设、遴选优秀团队带头人、适度政策倾斜、完善评价制度及创造有利的外部环境。
This paper combine with the teaching team construction practice in Zhejiang Shuren University, proposes some basic measures that using teaching team as the platform, strengthening the training of young teachers. That is, strengthening the young teacher morality construction, selecting outstanding team leader, moderate policy inclination, perfecting evaluation system and creating favourable external environment.
