摘要
在幼儿教师专业化背景下,要促进幼儿园实习指导教师的专业发展,一方面实习指导教师在实习指导过程中应努力成为反思者、研究者和学习者;另一方面学前教育专业高师院校应建立并完善实习的相关制度,提供有效培训课程,构建交流平台,加强可持续发展的相互合作。
In preschool teacher professional background, to promote the professional development of kindergarten practice guidance teachers, on the one hand, the practice guidance teachers should strive to be a reflective, researchers and learners in teaching process, on the other hand, the pre-school education of professional teachers colleges should establish and perfect reference discipline for practice, provides effective training courses, construct communication platform, strengthen substation development interaction cooperation.
