摘要
本文从对高校教师激励机制相关理论分析入手,探讨了目前我国高校激励机制缺陷之所在,对问题成因进行了探析,并进而对高校教师激励机制进行了因素分析与重构。
Through the analysis of theories related to the motivation mechanism of university＇ s teachers, discusses its deficiency, explores its causes, analyzes its factors and reconstructs its mechanism.
