摘要
教师的创新意识极为重要,只有创新型的教师才能培养出创新的学生,从而培养出创新的时代,所以,一定要注重教师创新意识的培养。本文从教师创新意识的非常重要及创新意识的内涵及培养方法几方面,谈出了自己的看法。
The author thinks that the teachers＇ awareness of innovation is most important, because only innovative teachers can cultivate innovative students, thus to cultivate an innovation era, so, we must pay attention to the cultivation of teachers＇ innovative consciousness. This paper from the aspect of the importance of teachers and the connotation of innovative consciousness and its training methods to talk about the author＇s opinions.
