摘要
对外汉语教师的构成具有复杂性和多样性,而对于一个新手对外汉语教师来说,除了主观努力与自身条件限制之外,客观上的资源搜集、筛选过程耗费了大量的时间和精力。笔者从网上对外汉语教师教学资源现状着眼,分析了当下网络资源中存在的问题,并依此提出了个人的设想和解决对策,以期望对网络资源建设有所贡献。
The component of Teaching Chinese as a foreign language（TCFL） teachers are complexity and diversity. Besides the subjective efforts, restrictions resources and screening process takes a lot of time and energy. Based on the online TCFL teachers teaching resources, this paper try to analyze the current status quo of network resources, point the problems in the personal ideas and find solutions, with expectations to do some construction for network resources building.
