摘要
根据五年制高职的总目标和要求,结合素质教育、因材施教、多元智能等多种理论,南京高等职业技术学校英语学科采用了分层次教学模式,新生入学后根据分层次考试成绩划分为A层(较高层次)、B层(普通层次)以及C层(较低层次),并且首次提出渐变式成绩评定办法,将学生的自主学习、团队合作、课堂表现等纳入考核范围,并充分考虑到各层次各年级学生的英语学习基础以及学习习惯等特点,打破了从低年级到高年级成绩评定办法一成不变的传统模式。
According to the overall objectives and requirements of five-year vocational college, combined with the theory of quality education, individualized, multiple intelligences and so on, in Nanjing Technical Vocational College, the English subject used hierarchical teaching mode to divide new students into A (high level), B (ordinary level) and C (lower level), and put forward tapered performance evaluation approach for the first time. The teachers bring the students' independent learning, teamwork, classroom performance, etc. into the examination and be fully taking English learning elements, study habits and other learning features of all students at all levels into account, which breaks static evaluation approach of the traditional model.
