摘要
本文结合工作实际,从为人师者的基础、班主任教学之本、教学之源以及教学方法四个方面探讨了陶行知教育理论在班主任教学中的具体应用。
This paper combine with the author＇s working practice from four aspects of teachers＇ base, base of the headteacher, origin of teaching and teaching method to analyse the particular application of TAO Xingzhi＇s teaching theory in headteacher teaching work.
