高校辅导员是帮助和指导学生构建意义世界的人生导师。为加强做好辅导员工作,文章从五个方面进行了探讨。
College counsellors are the guilders of students, this paper showing some experiences on how to do well the work of Counsellor in higher vocational colleges from five aspects.
