摘要
针对覆盖免耕播种机作业时易堵塞的问题，提出将驱动圆盘切茬器用做防堵装置的方案。阐明正转的驱动圆盘是理想的切割方式。土槽试验和田间试验证明了驱动圆盘切茬性能可靠，可用做免耕播种机的防堵装置。
The power driven disk as a residue cutting component was developed. The theoretical analysis, soil-bin test and field test showed that the PTO driven disk cutting parts have a lot of advantages in cutting the crop residue mulching layers.
