摘要
本研究考察了大学生群体在选择项目合作伙伴过程中的相貌偏见。结果表明:大学生群体在选择项目合作伙伴时存在相貌偏见。相比于成绩排名、科研能力等因子而言,相貌吸引力因子与选择意愿最为相关,并对决策产生显著影响。
Facial attractiveness bias was examined in recruiting partners for scientific program. Each of 113 college students evaluated 4 equivalent resume-data sheets. For bofla final decision-making and ratings of candidates, clear evidence of facial at- tractiveness bias was present. Compared to other variables, facial attractiveness is the most significantly related to preference choice and it also has a remarkable impact on the final decision.
