近年来,由于各种原因造成大学生退学率日益升高,这不仅是对学生及其家庭的伤害,也在一定程度上影响了学校的社会声誉,从长远来看,更是对国家高等教育资源的浪费。学业预警机制作为一种新型的大学生学习管理方法,在我国多所高校得以推广实施,这一机制不仅有效的改善了学生的学风,增强了学校—学生—家长之间的联系,同时大大降低了学校的退学率。因此,辅导员在学生的学业管理过程中,要认真贯彻好这一工作方法,同时在实际工作中予以优化和完善。
