摘要
后金融危机下的应届大学生跳槽现象屡屡发生,而大学生跳槽会对企业产生很多不利影响,因此对后金融危机下应届大学生跳槽现象展开分析,并从企业的角度出发寻找应对措施很有必要。
Job-hopping phenomenon of graduating students is very common after financial crisis, which is harmthl to the enterprises, so, this paper gives an analysis of it, and from the enterprises＇ angle to seek for solving measures.
