美术即审美之术、求美之道。而美术教学亦即关于审美认知、审美评价与审美创造的美学教育,是真善美的统一体。这一特点决定了美术教学的本体意义和主体性原则。换言之,无论美术观念如何变化,无论教育方式怎样发展,也无论教学对象有何不同,美术教学都始终离不开认识美、表现美、张扬美和追求美这一基本原则。
