摘要
教育实习是师范教育的重要环节。本文联系新余学院2011届英语教育实习的实际,分析了英语教育实习生在教学能力方面暴露的一些问题,并就英语教育实习生如何提高自己的教学能力提出了建议。
Education practice is an important link of normal education.This paper combine with the English education practice of 2011 in Xinyu College,to analyse problems of the English education interns that occurs in their teaching ability,and put forwards some advices on how to improve their teaching ability.
