摘要
构建和谐企业,是构建和谐社会的重要基础,也是企业生存和发展的迫切要求。笔者结合本企业以"三基、三优化"的工作方法,扎实开展维稳和综治工作,努力构建和谐企业这一问题展开阐述。
constructing a harmonious enterprise is the important basis for construct the harmonious society as well as an the urgent requirement for the survival and the development of an enterprise.The author combined with his company to use the ＂three basic level,three optimization working methods,solid carried out stability and comprehensive management work,put forward some suggestion on constructing a harmonious enterprise.
