随着终身体育思想的提出,高校体育社会化和社会体育走入学校成为了研究焦点,高校体育和社会体育在目标、对象、参与方式、内容、地位方面都存在差异,但是社会体育和高校体育是系统和要素的关系,社会体育可以促进高校改革,而高校体育也会弥补社会体育的不足,两者应该和谐发展,共同达到增进全民健康,增强全面体质的目的。
