摘要
文章阐述了统一单机产品技术状态,明确单机产品责任人和组批外包方案,将研制任务书和产品数据包以及过程控制等产品保证要求同时提供给供方,为供方批量生产、一次就把工作做好提供基础。通过采用过程验证和现场验收相结合的方式对产品质量进行把关等方面,研究探讨对外包过程控制的方法和途径,以保证产品满足要求。
The process control for unifying external contracts are discussed in this paper.The control includes unifying individual product technical status,clarifying responsible personnel and batch external contract proposal,providing at the same time the requirements on mission,data package and process control.By combining process verification and on-site inspections,the product quality and PA requirements are to be satisfied.
