摘要
征集在校大学生入伍,是当前国防和军队现代化建设的需要。本文结合实际情况在分析当前在校大学生应征入伍现状、入伍动机的同时,在征集过程中存在一些问题提出了若干建议。
Call for college students into the army, is the current national defense and army modernization construction. In this paper, the analysis of the actual situation of the head enlisted in the status of students, joined the army, while motivation to the process in the collection there are some problems in some suggestions.
