摘要
创新人才的培养已成为国际竞争的焦点,随着建设人力资源强国的目标和"钱学森之问"的提出,拔尖创新人才的研究日益受到中国社会各界的重视。本文以此为契机,描述拔尖创新人才的研究现状,对其概念、特征及培养等方面进行了分析,并对研究中存在的问题提出了一些见解。
Cultivating creative talents is focused by the international competition,and with the proposal of objective of constructing powerful country with human resources and ＂Questions of Qian Xuesen＂,researches on top creative talents is gradually paid attention by public in China.Based on the situation,this paper describes the current researches of top creative talents,analyzes from the aspects of connotation,features and cultivation,etc.In addition,it proposes some suggestions on the existing problems of researches.
